Library
The Vista Grande Library is run by our new Librarian, Mrs. Hoxworth.
Let's welcome her to our Vista Grande Falcon Community!!!
We are excited to inform you that over the summer we will be transforming our current Technology Lab in our Library to become the Vista Grande COZY CORNER for students. The vision is to overhaul this space and make it a location where students can enjoy lunch recess for those who would prefer an indoor location filled with books, games, and more. This space will also be used by our teachers and students throughout their school day.
We are reaching out now as it may give you a great opportunity to clean out some toys, legos, magna-tiles, small animal toys, dolls, small bookshelves, bins, and more. The goal is for it to be donation based :) WIN-WIN- you clean out and we create our vision!
Please fill out this GOOGLE FORM if you are interested in donating to our Library Cozy Corner!
*We will collect items the week of 7/24/23- So hold onto your items :)

REPORT RESOURCES
For additional resources for reports the Web Path Express on our Library Catalog may be helpful. WebPath Express is a part of the library catalog, and directs students to Internet resources that can help fill in some of the information that they may need for a report. In addition to our library, the Danville Library has many books, and you can request that a book from another branch be sent to be picked up by you here in Danville at no charge. You may currently request an eCard on the library web site if you don't have one. As a resident of California you may request a library card from any county library, and Dublin, for example has a very nice Children's section.

Students hearing the three books will be voting for their favorite around the Winter Break. Students in all grades will be voting for their favorite of the five picture books for elementary students in March. See below for information on the CYR chapter books for grades 4 & 5.
